WHAT'S INSIDE?

UBT Inside Pic Whirlpool_edited.jpg

Your adjuncts go around the outside of the filter & gently agitate as you whirlpool inside of the UBT. The beer only exits the tank after it has gone through the filter. Ideal ingredients include coconut, hops, nuts, fruits (not purées), coffee beans, candy and powders. The UBT has (3) spray balls inside; (1) for the inside filter & (2) for the inside of the tank as pictured. You can circulate while it's connected to a fermenter or circulate upon itself for small batch/barrel-aged beers.

REMOVABLE FILTER

The inside filter is removable. It has tri-clamp connections on the top & the bottom to easily remove it if you want to use the UBT as a fermenter, brite tank or need to clean it further. Choose between a 500, 1,000, or 2,000-micron filter when you place an order.

AS A FLAVORING TANK

100gal UBT Hooked up to a 7bbl Unitank

Dump your ingredients into the UBT & connect your hoses. Purge out the lines, connect Co2 to your fermenter to displace the beer as it flows into the UBT & circulate it until you achieve the flavor you want. You can also circulate your beer in the UBT upon itself for small batches, barrel-aged beers, or to concentrate your beer before sending it back to your unitank. Open the bottom valve to dump leftover ingredients into a bucket.

AS A BRITE TANK

Attach the bottom conical piece & add the fittings you'd like for a brite tank. Purge out the UBT & adjust the PRV to your desired pressure rating. Fill it up with barrel-aged or small-batch beer. Carbonate as you normally would. This is the perfect tank for flavoring, carbonating, and packaging barrel-aged beers.

REDUCE INGREDIENTS

Reduced Hop_Addition Usage.jpg

Brewers have reported up to a 30% reduction in hops/adjuncts needed to achieve the same or better flavor profile compared to traditional dry-hopping/flavor addition methods.

REDUCE TIME/LABOR

Time Saving.png

Instead of tossing hops/additions into your fermenter, you can achieve the same or stronger flavor profile - faster - with the Ultimate Brew Tank; take control of your flavor. Waiting days for your adjuncts to extract will be a thing of the past.

DIMINISHED DO PICKUP

Diminished DO Pickup.jpg

Purge the system out properly & you will experience considerably less DO pickup than you would with the traditional dry-hopping method. Brewers have reported a DO level as low as 7ppb while using the UBT.

HASSLE-FREE DROP OUTS

Convenient Ingredient Drop Out.jpg

Since all of the hops/adjuncts are separated from your fermenter, you don't have to worry about removing 100s of pounds of leftovers through your discharge port. Instead, use the 8" butterfly valve to quickly discard into a standard bucket or tote.
