Efficient & Reliable
OUTDOOR CHILLER UNITS
Our Swift Chill Series utilizes top of the line condensers, evaporators, pumps & temperature control technology to keep your beer, walk-in cooler, and/or brewery chilled.
All Swift Chill units are made in our warehouse, are customized to your cooling needs & can be made modular for your brewery's expansion.
Designed for Microbreweries
Copeland Scroll Compressors
More reliable than the popular 'reciprocating' compressor, this simple type of compressor is ideal for breweries who need a reliable cooling companion. Copeland makes an industry leading scroll compressor.
Alfa Laval Brazed
Copper brazed plate heat exchangers provide efficient heat transfer with a small footprint. They are maintenance free, provide a long service lifetime and can withstand high temperatures and extremely high design pressures.
WiFi Temperature Control
Inkbird WiFi temp controllers provide a reliable read on your glycol temperature with the ability to set/read temp directly from your phone at any time.
Berkeley® Centrifugal Pumps
- Stainless steel housing & shaft for maximum corrosion resistance.
- Carbon-ceramic mechanical shaft seal with buna elastomers for long-life reliability.
- Stainless steel impeller.
- Quiet operation
Insulated Polyethylene Tanks
Having an insulated glycol reservoir is key to your chiller's efficiency & effectiveness. We will size your glycol reservoir based on your cooling needs. The tanks come with a sight glass installed so you can easily see your glycol levels.
Permium Frame (Opt.)
Bring it all together with an aluminum frame from our friends at Framing Tech. This is ideal for breweries that have their chiller positioned close to their entrance/exit for a nice appeal. It also shelters everything inside to protect from the elements.
Economy Frame (Opt.)
Going with a steel frame will save you the cost of the premium aluminum frame. Although it's not as beautiful, it allows you to put your pump & reservoir safely outdoors.
The Russell condenser unit is made for outdoor use.
Flow Control Technology (Opt.)
With the use of a VFD & pressure sensor, we can add "Flow Control" to ANY new or existing chiller unit. Having "Flow Control" ensures faster crashes by maintaining pressure & makes sure that your pump is only working as hard as it needs to.
