USP Food Grade
Propylene Glycol

Glycol is essential to your fermenting process. It's the liquid responsible for maintaining your beer's temperature due to its extra-low freezing point. We choose to provide Food Grade glycol because, in the absolute worst-case scenario, this could get into your beer from the heat exchanger being put back together improperly after maintenance or other means. If somehow you got our glycol into your beer, it would still be safe for consumption.
We can provide as much glycol as you need by showing up with a 55gal barrel & pumping in what is necessary or dropping off specific amounts for 1gal, 5gal, 15gal, or 55gal.
